Regional Vice-President

he Regional Vice President provides leadership and oversight for clinical programs including responsibility for quality, human resources, policy control, fiscal management and performance, program and new business development, program design, fund development, physical plant. The Regional Vice President provides leadership in agency wide and community initiatives including participation in policy, community and other committees and workgroups. The Regional Vice President maintains direct supervisorial responsibility for program directors and managers, clinical directors, managers and supervisors. The Regional Vice President is actively involved in the development and implementation of the strategic planning of the organization.

LCSW, MFT or other professional license plus five years management experience in complex multi-service mental health treatment facility including experience with full-system management, clinical leadership, program improvement and change efforts, collaboration with funders and ensuring policy and standards in satellite programs. Proven excellent written and oral communication skills a must, including grant development and writing. Demonstrated success as a team player and team leader. Capacity to implement management plans and strategies in high-paced setting with multiple demands. Creativity and sense of humor essential.
