 Job Description        

Description: The Itinerant Activity Leader is responsible for taking all steps necessary to ensure the safety, security and well-being of the students they are supervising in the program. This position is also responsible for evaluating and reporting to the (Itinerant) Program Specialist any areas needing improvement. Hours: Part Time, shift/hours vary by site Salary: $12.00 per hour (all new hires begin at starting salary, regardless of experience) Benefits: 403b Retirement Plan with a match of up to 2%, based on years of service; CA Paid Sick Leave accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked with a maximum accrual of 80 hours per calendar year



18 years of age Pass CAPE test or have a minimum of 48 completed college units A minimum of 1 year experience working and/or volunteering in an after school or group child care setting with elementary aged children Valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification required Excellent oral and written communication skills Valid TB results required Must pass Alcohol/Drug Test and Fingerprint Clearance upon hire (paid by Harmonium)
