Weekly follow up and case management of Family Resource Center (FRC) clients.
Include input of FRC Questionnaires into the hubspot, client tracking sheet, google contacts, and immediate first follow up of a phone call and email upon entering the client.
Selecting resource materials for new events and free programs to update on the resource boards.
Sending clients updates on housing, jobs, and relevant information as requested in their questionnaire via email/text.
Documenting each contact with the clients into hubspot notes.
Collecting the Family Resource Center Grant forms and uploading into the saved files.
Refreshing the Art Cart, and Hospitality Cart as needed.
Attend weekly orientation nights to share talking points on the Family Resource Center.
Attend outreach events as assigned by the Outreach Manager.
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly follow up for current/past Family Resource Center Clients.
Assist with processing donations.
Assist with organizing monthly art projects and giveaways.
