Lead Clinic Therapist

 Job Description        

This licensed therapist will oversee a certified outpatient behavioral health clinic, providing a full range of Title 9 outpatient diagnostic and treatment services for children and families. Services will include assessment, individual and family treatment, case management, crisis intervention, and medication management. NAI will deliver mental health services to children and families who have faced complex trauma, domestic violence, struggled with chronic substance abuse and with parents who may be participating in reunification requirements. Services will be provided regionally and in communities where parents live. All staff will be trained in the Incredible Years curriculum. Ideal candidate will have Incredible Years experience and excel in their ability to engage, connect and motivate parents with CWS involvement who are attempting to reunify with their children. This lead will supervise licensed (1) and licensed eligible therapists (7). Lead will be responsible for ensuring that all county documentation and productivity standards are met, all Trauma Informed Care principles are maintained and that program procedures and policies are followed. Hours will be flexible but will involve some early evenings.



Valid CA LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or Ph.D Spanish speaking therapists and or experience in providing Incredible Years curriculum are strongly encouraged to apply. Provide leadership and oversee a newly awarded program. The ideal candidates will have past leadership experience and have solid experience engaging children and adults and providing mental health services to families in the Child Welfare System.
