Case Manager - Recuperative Care Program

 Job Description        

This position will be responsible for intensive case management of clients in the Recuperative Care Program. Case Managers provide intensive support addressing the needs of the clients that have been discharged from local area hospitals to achieve a more adaptive level of psychosocial functioning while in the program. Working within a comprehensive team of skilled professionals the case manager's engage with the recuperative care team to get the client back to self-sufficiency. $19-$21 per hour DOE, Full-time, Benefits Eligible.



Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master's Degree with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and registered/licensed eligible by the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Social Worker or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist required 1+ years of work experience in a social services or nonprofit setting required Knowledge of substance use disorders preferred Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid California driver's license, including proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage and insurability under the agency's insurance carrier's standards Must successfully pass a criminal background and exclusion/disbarment check Must successfully pass a pre-employment physical, tuberculosis test, and drug screen
