Bi-lingual Team Specialist

 Job Description        

Under the supervision of Director of Youth Development and using a wide variety of counseling modalities, the Team Specialist exercises sound judgment in the treatment of children, youth, families, individuals and groups. Functions as part of a multi-disciplinary team, while making appropriate independent clinical decisions for the benefit of the client(s). Serves as a consultant in their areas of expertise and is available for home visits as necessary. Works in a culturally sensitive manner and abides by the legal and ethical standards of the profession.



• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required. • Masters-level training in child abuse and all other protective issues preferred. • Must be registered with BBS, must possess license or be license-eligible • Training in and mastery of family systems theory and application of diagnostic criteria from the DSM-5 and evidence-based practices
