 Job Description        

Our Site Director - PM ONLY LARGE Program - ASES only is mandated to take all steps necessary to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students enrolled in the program. Responsibilities include supervision and interaction with students on a daily basis, individually and via group. This position is also responsible for ensuring paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time. A Program is considered LARGE if it meets any of the following criteria: student enrollment of 81+ students last school year, K-8 schools with an ADA of 60+ or a split campus.



 18 years of age or older  Pass CAPE test or have a minimum of 48 college units completed  Must have either a minimum of 12 completed units in child development, elementary and/or middle school education, recreation or related field or a minimum of 12 months documented work experience in an ASES program  Must have 1 year supervisory experience of children and staff OR 1 year assistant supervisory experience within Harmonium OR demonstrated administrative and programmatic experience (ex. attendance tracking, staff counseling/ training, student support, etc.)  Must have 1 year working in an afterschool program or group childcare setting with elementary and/or middle school aged children  Must be able to work at least 90% of all program hours; their schedule must be pre-approved by supervisor and documentation will be required as proof for the schedule modification  Valid Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification required  Successful completion of TB test & Fingerprinting/Livescan


 Additional Information        

Hours: Full Time as assigned Monday-Friday; 35 hours per week; all program hours required Salary: $18.08 per hour (all new hires begin at starting salary regardless of experience); Funding: 100% direct program approved by ELO 6.2.20 Benefits: $175 monthly towards health, dental, vision, voluntary or HRA; 403b Retirement Plan with a match of up to 2% based on years of service; initial 3 years, PTO accrued at 9.33 hours per month; after 3 years, 12.25 hours per month Reports to: Assistant Program Manager - ASES Direct Report: Assistant Site Directors - ASES, Youth Leaders - ASES, Inclusion Aides - ASES, Inclusion Instructors - ASES, Volunteers and Teachers How to Apply: Please apply via our website - Should you have difficulty submitting your application online, please follow the instructions on our Employment page on our website, and and we will assist you to apply online.
