 Job Description        

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the PeerLINKS IV program, including fiscal and administrative management, risk management, data collection, quality assurance, contract compliance, as well as development and implementation of policy and procedures of the PeerLINKS IV Program. The Program Manager reports to the Director of PeerLINKS.



In depth knowledge of the Imperial Valley’s services, resources, and culture. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a diverse staff and managing the operations of a program. Exceptional interpersonal skills, positivity, attention to detail, and enjoys working in an ever-changing environment. Excellent planning, organizing, analyzing, problem solving, time management and coordinating skills. Able to work with minimal direction and supervision. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong positive viewpoint towards individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and history of substance use, and their families. Natural ability to build and maintain relationships and find common ground with diverse stakeholders. Ability to get along and work effectively with others. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel), email and web navigation.
