Clinical Supervisor LCSW

Status Regular Full Time Exempt $70,000-$85,000 Annual Salary RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring that their team provides s in offering services that utilize a trauma-informed approach, and which align with the agency’s mission and philosophy. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible to facilitate the development and implementation of team goals and objectives, and will help to ensure that the goals and objectives are met. The Clinical Supervisor also serves as a link to the other teams and to the Clinical Director. He/she is responsible for staff and student development and evaluation in conjunction with the Clinical Director. The Clinical Supervisor facilitates team and individual problem solving and recognizes achievements. The Clinical Supervisor performs roles and duties of a supervisor for the team.

Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker plus 2 years post licensure experience required. Completion of Clinical Supervision CEUs as regulated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. Minimum 4 years’ experience in child, youth & family services and/or community development field. Experience preferred in community based organizations. Ability to work with a diverse cultural population. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
