Hours: Full time
Salary: $81,236.40 annually (all new hires begin at starting salary regardless of experience)
Benefits: $175 monthly towards health, dental, vision, voluntary and/or HRA; 403b Retirement Plan with a match of up to 2% based on years of service; Initial 3 years, vacation time accrued at 11.67 hours per month; after 3 years 14.58 hours per month; sick time 7.0 hours per month

Qualifications |
|
|
|
|
−A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, accounting or finance is required
−Minimum of 5+ years of senior management experience in a business or financial setting, as well as experience managing a team
−Technology proficient and able to evaluate financial software programs to improve efficiencies
−Solid experience coordinating audit activities and reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger and payroll taxes
−Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
−Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills
−Proficient using Apple products and Google Suites
−A track record in grants management as it relates to compliance and reporting of government, corporate and foundation grants is essential
−Experience with principles and practices of project management
−Experience in working with nonprofit organizational accounting practices essential
−Ability and desire to translate complex financial concepts to individuals at all levels including finance and non-finance managers
−A collaborative and flexible style that works effectively with the CEO
−Experience with MIP accounting software helpful
−Ability to exercise good judgment and uphold professional conduct that includes honesty, ethics and transparency
−An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills
