 Job Description        

Job Readiness Training Facilitator (JRT) reports directly to the JRT Program Manager and is responsible for the instructional training of participants for successful completion to the employment search phase of the Second Chance Job Readiness model. In addition, the facilitator works directly with the supervisor/program manager to develop curriculum and the implementation of the attitudinal training to develop and reinforce prosocial behaviors. The JRT Facilitator has the responsibility for providing individual guidance, group guidance using motivational interviewing techniques and other evidence-based practices, within the workshops. Skills for this specific role include: • Facilitation Skill • Counseling Skills • Time Management Skills • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Oral / Written and Communication Skills Qualifications • Ability to set and maintain clear ethical boundaries. • Ability to assist with developing program policy. • Work with high degree of autonomy Education • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined work experience • Cognitive Behavioral Counseling Training Send resume to: and put JFT Facilitator in the subject line.
