Intake/Outreach Coordinator

 Job Description        

The Intake and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for conducting various community outreach efforts, screening referrals, determining appropriateness for admission, and coordinating Program admission in the applicable region or facilitating contact with a more appropriate provider. They will also carry a small clinical caseload based on their education/experience.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California Driver’s License • Master’s degree from an accredited university • Registered intern with the BBS in social work (LCSW), psychology (Ph.D.), or marriage and family therapy (MFT) in the state of California • Must be highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated understanding of Wraparound and community resources in San Diego • Demonstrated ability to effectively work within a multidisciplinary team • Experience with providing trainings to adult learners • Experience providing culturally competent services to diverse populations
