 Job Description        

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Support the Grant Implementation Developer in coordinating all aspects of the grant; planning and maintaining compliance with grant work plan and objectives ▪ Participate in ECEA activities ▪ Support the Grant Implementation Developer with reporting and tracking of funds ▪ Act as a liaison between grant partners, such as campus outreach departments, to help create the implementation of the Jumpstart program activities to support the grant objectives ▪ Maintain strong communications with colleges and partner high school district to promote the goals of the grant ▪ Monitor the grant program activities ▪ Data input in various software systems to track student progress and evaluation efforts ▪ Prepare reports as required for the grant ▪ Coordinate purchases, contracts, and stipends for the grant ▪ Perform other duties as assigned



DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: an associate degree and two or more years of experience in supporting multi-facets projects or a bachelorís degree with one year experience in supporting multi-facets projects.


 Additional Information
