 Job Description        

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Oversee the California College Promise Innovation Grant Implementation Team which includes one full-time and two part-time employees ▪ Coordinate all aspects of the grant; plan, implement, and maintain compliance with grant work plan and objectives ▪ Participate in ECEA activities ▪ Support the ECEA Coordinator with grant reporting and tracking of funds ▪ Work with developers to create a website for the project ▪ Coordinate with partners on the Jumpstart program to support the grant objectives ▪ Maintain strong communications with colleges and partner high school district to promote the goals of the grant ▪ Monitor the grant program activities and budgets ▪ Prepare reports as required for the grant ▪ Oversee purchases, contracts, and stipends for the grant ▪ Perform other duties as assigned



DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: A bachelorís degree with three years of experience in educational program implementation. Background in state and federal grant programs management, preferred.


 Additional Information
