 Job Description        

•Perform all General Ledger functions •Reconcile bank accounts, payment processor and credit card statements •Enter all transactions into the QuickBooks •Develop reports as needed supporting operations and development departments •Prepare documents for and work with auditors •Maintain all accounting records and organize documents for archiving •Needs to be willing and able to work in an open work environment



•Experience with QuickBooks •Knowledge of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Receivable •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel •Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience •Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles •Previous experience with non-profit organization(s) a plus •Three years’ experience working in a full-spectrum bookkeeping position •Ability to perform general office procedures •This position is multi-faceted, as are the programs of our organization; therefore we require an individual who is highly organized, flexible, and pays meticulous attention to details. •Good written and oral communications skills •Pay commensurate with experience
