Assistant Property Manager- Hollywood Palms

 Job Description        

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing resident relations and assisting the Property Manager with day to day operations. Our ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to build lasting relationships and solve problems with an out of the box approach while continuing to support Hollywood Palms in being an industry leader.



• Two years of leasing experience in residential property management; supervisory experience preferred • Experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties • Previous experience managing an apartment community • Strong leadership skills • Excellent customer service skills • Experience with financials and reporting • Computer knowledge: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and Yardi software • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to lead and motivate others • Attendance and punctuality is essential for success in this position • Must possess professional written and verbal communication skills • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus • Our community is open 5 days a week
