Maintenance Technician

 Job Description        

Under minimal supervision of the Facilities Coordinator, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for all general and preventative maintenance and repair of all agency owned and leased community homes and related equipment and grounds to ensure the safety and maximum quality of life for all staff, consumers, and visitors as well as protection of the facility assets.



Education: High school diploma or GED required and trade school or other related training preferred. Experience: Three years related work experience in multifaceted maintenance position required.
