Representative Payee Case Manager

 Job Description        

Our Financial Services Department has an exciting opportunity for the right individual! The Representative Payee Case Manager will follow established policies and procedures to provide budget management for clients of the program. A variety of activities include making home visits, coordinating SSA benefits, entering data into databases and onto forms, working with landlords and other providers, conducting Money Management Skills Building workshops with clients (curriculum provided), and establishing payment plans in our Bookkeeping section.



The top candidate will have “lived experience” with County mental health services, or be a close family member of an individual with that experience. You should also have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and math skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, be a strong team player, show understanding and compassion towards others, and have reliable personal transportation. You must be able to pass a criminal background check.


 Additional Information        

Program headquarters is a standard office setting. Environment with diverse populations routinely coming in for workshops or training. Periodic lifting up to 15 pounds is required.
