 Additional Information

The Waldorf School of San Diego is in its 36th year in service to the community and serves children from Nursery through 12th grade. The school year 2018-19 marks the tenth year for the high school and the seventh graduating senior class. Current school enrollment is approximately 300. We have two campuses (just one mile apart) -- the Altadena Campus serves Nursery through 8th grade, and the Colina Campus serves grades 9-12. Two kindergartens and two nurseries support the healthy enrollment of future grades. Our school is located in a diverse neighborhood, close to the city and beaches, and not too far from the mountains. The school is perched on a hill with a view of Mount Miguel. In the winter months, snow-capped peaks are visible to the east. Mexico and the coast are visible to the south. The climate is mild most of the year with daytime temperatures averaging in the 70's.
