 Job Description        

The Old Globe Theatre in Balboa Park seeks a Payroll Coordinator/Accounting Assistant for a full-time position. Duties include compiling and processing both a complex and high-volume automated bi-weekly and weekly payroll, generating reports, data entry, preparing and processing deposits, and various other accounting duties.



Ideal candidates will be extremely organized and detail-oriented and have previous payroll experience preferably at a not-for-profit company. Excellent computer and Microsoft Excel skills required. Must have experience in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll software. Experience processing payroll for Unions a plus. Experience in Financial Edge or equivalent not-for-profit software preferred. Full-time, benefited position.
