 Job Description        

The Human Resources Specialist will perform complex administrative duties to support various functions and projects for the Agency’s Human Resources program in such areas as: Leave of Absences, Recruitment, On-boarding and Training. Leave of Absences 30%, Recruitment 25%, Training Support 25% and Administrative Support 20%. Please visit to view complete job description.



Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent experience. Minimum two years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least two years of direct experience in leave of absences. Working knowledge of HRIS – ADP Workforce Now and ADP Time and Attendance Enterprise Working knowledge of leave management systems. Knowledge of workers compensation.
