 Job Description        

The Product Resource and Training Specialist provides training, support and resources to volunteers, parents, and girls participating in the fall and spring product programs. The Specialist has responsibility for creating and delivering product training (in-person and online formats), writing, editing and producing product program guides, information sheets and related materials.



The ideal candidate brings the following: Minimum 2 years related experience Strong planning, organization and follow-through skills with high attention to detail required. Superior written and verbal skills; excellent facilitation and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills and troubleshoot problems. Willingness to try new methods and appropriately question existing processes. Experience developing eLearning content and curriculum is a plus. Knowledgeable and comfortable working with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.). Proficiency in the following software: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Ability to successfully interact with volunteers, employees, collaborators and vendors. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills and provide superior customer service to girls, staff and volunteers. Ability to meet project deadlines and work under pressure. Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
