 Job Description        

This part time position includes but is not limited to; Assist the IDA (Independent Development Account) Program Coordinator /Manager in planning and implementation of a culturally and linguistically comprehensive in successfully completing their IDA program account and become successful, independent entrepreneurs or other goals that they may have chosen. Filing, clerical and office work as needed, Scheduling appointments for assessments, classes, etc. Updating/translating course materials, Distribute fliers and recruitment materials to relevant communities in San Diego, Assist with monthly reporting by inputting data and analyzing outcomes Responsible for the development of the program, including scheduling, outreach, participant recruitment, enrollment, screening, advocacy, and data collection & Any other assigned duties...



Cross cultural work experience Customer service experience Bachelorís degree or equivalent work experience Intermediate Computer Proficiency Bilingual English /Kiswahili /Arabic/Farsi preferred Working knowledge of standard office administration processes.
