Client Services Coordinator

 Job Description        

Supports Operations Supervisor in monitoring donations and inventory needs. Fills in for Operations Supervisor as needed at both offices. Makes Operation Supervisor aware of client program needs or volunteer issues. Reports to Board monthly on Client programs in place and on other needs or concerns for the clients. Submits monthly client services report to Board regarding outcomes of counseling activities or suggestions for future programs. Be able to discuss the success or possible needed changes within each program on a regular basis. Be prepared to step in when the Operations Supervisor is unavailable for any position where needed at either agency office. Communicates any major concerns or unresolved issues to the President of CCSA.

 

 Qualifications        

Prepare a written manual of the Social Service network/referral resources in San Diego. When complete, have a manual available for each counseling room for referral. Prepare a client counseling manual, with proper intake sheets, for each counseling room for in-take volunteers to follow during their meeting with clients. Volunteer Responsibilities Responsible for volunteer scheduling at both centers. Trains staff, volunteers and Board members on the client counseling program that is used at both centers so volunteers can work at either CCSA office when needed. Other duties as assigned. Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful. Strong computer skills mandatory. Please submit resume and salary requirement to: roybcannon@aol.com
