Accounting Assistant

 Job Description        

The Accounting Assistant, under direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration, will provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration. The Accounting Assistant will possess a strong ability to communicate orally and in writing, who can identify potential opportunity and enhancement to the services provided by the program. The primary responsibilities will include and focus on, but not be limited to: Monitor and process payroll, Monitor and process accounts payable, Monitor and process accounts receivable, Process and complete bank deposits, Filing/Data entry, Maintain employee files, Assist with front office issues when needed, Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 Qualifications        

High School Diploma or equivalent, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Minimum Three (3) years administrative experience, Minimum One (1) year accounting experience, Knowledge of general office practices.
