 Job Description        

The CJR Program Assistant is critical to the overall quality and efficiency in the administration of the CJR. The person in this role will report to and assist the CJR Director, who is the central hub for the coordination of communications and activities for the CJR. The person in this role will report directly to the CJR director while assisting CJR staff as allocated. Provide administrative support to the Center for Justice and Reconciliation (CJR) team by assisting the CJR Director; Director (External Relations); Program Director, HT-RADAR; and the Artistic Director and Project Manager, Human Trafficking Curriculum in the performance of their duties. Two years of office support experience required. Experience in an academic environment preferred. Proficiency with G Suite, Excel, Windows, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software a plus. Ability to type 50 wpm. Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment highly desirable. Patience with complicated systems and people a plus. Ability to learn new software. Understanding of and commitment to the spiritual mission of the university and the Center for Justice and Reconciliation. Strong organizational skills and ability to use professional judgment in prioritizing, producing, and overseeing tasks. Flexible and sensitive to the needs of the CJR. Command of correct English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation. Accuracy and attention to detail, especially in the area of proofreading. Ability to work with frequent interruptions and produce job assignments in a timely manner. Positive, pleasant, and proactively helpful disposition
