HR Coordinator/Career Specialist Intern

 Job Description        

Implement recruitment plan and ensure that we have sufficient applicants interested in our position regularly Contact potential candidates through different platforms and track their responses Monitor incoming employment applications being sent out to the organization; screen applications and resumes to contact the best qualified candidates Set up and schedule interviews for qualified candidates and communicate with the Executive Director and Technology Solutions Director to conduct these interviews Create templates that will be used to contact candidates to notify them of a new opportunity, or to set-up interviews or offer the positions Assess the efficiency of recruitment practices and modify practices as needed by the organization Communicate with other departments to modify job descriptions as needed and notify the Executive Director and Technology Solutions Director of any changes that are made to the job descriptions Create, maintain,& monitor personnel files

 

 Qualifications        

Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Minimum one year of college education Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Knowledge about federal and state employment regulations Experience in the human resources field or relevant field Strong multi-tasking skills
