 Job Description        

See position description found at: Minimum 3 years’ experience, associates or bachelor degree. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and general knowledge of databases and general office management.



Requires relevant experience, excellent customer service, initiative, interpersonal/communication skills to represent organization by upholding a professional and respectful attitude and presenting oneself accordingly. Using sound judgment and working independently and as part of a team, coordinate services which encourage maximum experience for members, including assisting with logistics to ensure successful high quality, well-attended events reflective of organization’s mission. Performs membership, sponsor fulfillment, database/website, event logistics, and administrative duties per position description found at:


 Additional Information        

This is a full-time, non-exempt “at will” position, requiring approximately 40 hours per week, office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00; some early mornings, evenings, weekends, as necessary for special events. The position will remain open until filled. No phone calls please.
