 Qualifications        

The ideal individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events. This individual must have stellar written communication and proofreading skills, a high level of personal integrity and confidentially, and must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. Someone who is a self-starter that enjoys working as part of a team but is comfortable seeking out answers and taking initiative to solve problems and takes advantage of opportunities. Knowledge of: Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and double-entry accounting Correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation. Microsoft Office applications, including strong Excel and Word skills with general knowledge of PowerPoint and general computer/internet skills. GAAP and QuickBooks.  Additional Information        

EDUCATION, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from a four-year college with a Bachelorís in Accounting or Business, and three to five years of prior accounting experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. COMPENSATION This is a full-time, non-exempt position that will work 40 hours a week. The compensation for this position will range from $19.61 - $24.51/hourly based on experience. The compensation package includes an excellent benefits package including: 403(b) plan with 200% employer matching; excellent health care coverage with free employee medical, dental and vision plans; company paid term life insurance; and a generous accrual of paid vacation and sick leave.
