 Job Description        

Key Responsibilities: Employment Verifications: Assist with candidate reference checks. Document Management: Prepare New Hire Orientation materials and onboarding documents. Scan, upload, and update documents relating to Relias training, staff phone directory and organizational chart. Collect and track evaluations, timecard print-outs, holiday balances, confidential agreements, transcripts, diplomas, etc. File Management: Create, file, organize, purge, and shred HR-related files. Staff Relations: Connect with staff to cultivate a trusting and responsive relationship between HR and employees. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, volunteers, interns, clients, visitors, and the public. Contribute to the planning and implementation of staff-related team building and wellness events and activities. Maintain Confidentiality: Upholds a high degree of confidentiality in all duties, conversations, and communications relating to the people you come in



Must clear criminal background check. Experience in human resources preferred. Established experience in customer care/client relations required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including vocabulary, grammar and spelling in English. Work with the spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation, and establish a quick rapport with staff on all levels. Demonstrate poise, tact, diplomacy and empathy. Absolute solid values: honest, loyal, hardworking, and sincere. Accomplish assignments successfully through your professionalism, leadership skills, wisdom, initiative, good judgment, and strong attention to detail. Proficient with computer applications and databases (e.g., MS Office Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Web-based applications).

Assist Interfaith Human Resources staff in supporting the selection, onboarding, and management of essential staff hired to help our neighbors in need on their path to self-sufficiency. You will be one of the first people to welcome and inform new staff as they begin and develop their careers at Interfaith.
