Survey Administrator

 Job Description        

•Utilize a variety of survey software to develop, design, configure, and administer surveys and results for program and agency needs •Assist programs with designing questions that measure desired outcomes and support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) •Design new surveys and review existing surveys •Utilizing best practice, suggest question type and wording that will measure outcomes •Pilot questions for comprehension •Ensure surveys are written using best practice and follow data collection standards and reporting guidelines •Input surveys into survey software •Work with programs and translators to ensure accuracy and quality of survey content •Monitor survey progress, performance, and response rate •Extract, organize, and share survey results •Interprets, analyzes, and presents survey results in visual and written report formats •Serve as a resource for staff in survey development



•One to two years of related experience required •High level of computer proficiency, including working with survey software (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo) and spreadsheets •Experience with survey question design and distribution •Excellent data analysis and critical-thinking skills •Must be a self-starter •Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills •Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and analytical skills •Ability to work in a very diverse setting with people of all backgrounds, culture and orientation •Must be able to work independently and as part of a team •Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with staff and community partners •Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills •Ability to work with confidential information •Must be self-aware, flexible, adaptable and teachable •Ability to prioritize work to meet established deadlines
