The San Diego Natural History Museum Visitor Services department is seeking an experienced, full-time Visitor Services Lead to provide superior customer service to Museum guests, assist guests at our Admissions Desk, 3D Theater, Museum and exhibit entries while also providing guidance and support to Visitor Services staff. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently, while upholding Museum initiatives and standards. Candidates must be trustworthy, professional, and positive at all times as this position is primarily focused on providing an interactive guest experience while leading a team of Visitor Services Associates.
This position requires Friday through Tuesday availability as well as holiday availability. The San Diego Natural History Museum is not open on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day.
