 Job Description        

-Develop & implement operations policies and procedures -Management reporting, information flow, and project management. -Ensure legal documents are filed; monitor compliance with laws and regulations. -Analyze and implement as needed on process workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout -Ensure all processes remain compliant with OSHA and other governmental regulations. -Oversee inventory and supplies purchases. -Manage relationships with key operations vendors. -Coordinate approval of vendor invoices -Coordinate collection efforts of outstanding invoices -Perform HR including onboarding new hires, maintaining records -Coordinate services to provide facility maintenance, planning, and renovations. -Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement -Oversee Operations Associate who administers logistics, and inventory purchases and controls. -Other duties as assigned



- BA or BS degree from four-year college or university, or 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge of and experience with the following technologies: Customer relationship management software (Hubspot strongly preferred); Materials requirements, planning logistics, and supply chain software (preferred); Time accounting software (preferred) - Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. - Able to work in a dog-friendly environment with a moderate noise level.


 Additional Information        

Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 DOE/neg. FLSA Status: Exempt Kid Spark Education is an international nonprofit headquartered in San Diego, CA working with educators to provide fun, hands-on engineering programs that help all children, especially children from underrepresented communities, to develop STEM identity and technology fluency. With an annual operating budget of $1.7 million and 9 staff members, our STEM programs have been adopted in educational institutions in all 50 states and 12+ countries. Clients include K-8 school systems, libraries, nonprofits, and after-school educational programs.
