 Job Description        

SUMMARY Computer setup and deployment, minor computer repairs, audio/video setup, logging and updating trouble tickets, as well as supporting users who have computer operation problems or questions. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and or/ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be 21 years of age or older • Valid California Driver’s License and the ability to provide own transportation. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS • Experience with current Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems in a domain environment. • Experience supporting Google Mail, Calendar, and Drive. • College, technical training, or A+ training in computer technology • Previous Help Desk / Customer Service experience
