Database Manager

 Job Description        

The Database Manager is the expert on all our data which is one of the most valuable assets to the Mission. This position is responsible for capturing, structuring, coordinating, analyzing and reporting on all aspects of Mission data. The primary responsibility is with donor information and providing service to our Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns. The Database Manager is also the lead internal training on our data systems such as Raisers Edge and Financial Edge.

 

 Qualifications        

Education: Minimum high school diploma, Associates degree/certification in information systems, Bachelor in Information Systems preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years full-time work experience in import, export, and analyze of data, skilled knowledge of Raisers Edge and Financial Edge with the ability to train. Understanding of direct mail coordination or similar work environment. Customer-service background preferred. Nonprofit experience preferred.
