 Job Description        

Responsible for tactical, operational and strategic IT functions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Desktop Support: Level 1-3 support. Resolve hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communications, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to facilitate a timely resolution • Systems/Network Administration: Install, support and manage servers, network connectivity. Resolve issues as needed. Install patches and perform system backups and recovery. Monitors system configuration and maintains data files. • Email Administration: maintain MS-Outlook/Exchange company email system. Establishes user accounts and security guidelines. • Security: Evaluate, monitor and manage security of data, applications and equipment. Implement network security policies, protect network from unauthorized access, monitor network usage and resolve access issues. • Training: Educate company staff on features of new and upgraded software

 

 Qualifications        

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline • 10+ years in IT Operations. Proficiency with installing, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems is essential • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience with Office 365 and Sharepoint • Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively and consistently produce accurate work • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in both a team and individual environment • MSCE preferred
