 Job Description        

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ensuring the successful operation and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce within AVID. This position works with the Technology Infrastructure Architect to provide short- and long-term plans for the development, deployment, and management of AVID Center’s Salesforce environment.



Required: Associate degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field of study Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing support to a Salesforce environment Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certification Proficiency in Salesforce best practices and functionality Preferred: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certification Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Act-On, SpringCM, and DocuSign experience Experience with nonprofit processes Experience with Data Loader, APEX code, and API integration/troubleshooting
