Support day-to-day operations including IT support, database management, and website administration. The Technology & Events Associate additionally works on communications and marketing, supporting events, creating reports, and providing general customer service. GENERAL JOB SKILLS: Project management; Problem solving; Decision making; Meeting/event coordination; Tracking deadlines/follow-up; Customer service and telephone skills; Ability to gather analyze and evaluate information and make recommendations TECHNOLOGY SKILLS: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; WordPress, HTML, CSS, and cPanel; Database management; Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Google Docs; Ability to troubleshoot miscellaneous software and hardware issues; Process improvement; Software and hardware evaluation and maintenance; Communicate technical information in easy to understand manner; Create promotional materials (Publisher and PDF editing a plus)


 Additional Information        

This is a part-time position, approximately 25-30 hours/week. Office Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 2:00pm, with some events occurring outside normal hours. Benefits include: accrual of paid vacation time, about 15 paid holidays per year, and employer matching contribution to a Simple IRA.
